I love this! I’ve played a few in game months over short sessions, and it’s been a pleasant time. One question though: task complexity. For each of the four types you give one or two options for its complexity. I’ve just been using the fiction to determine how long it should take, but is there a specific method for determining it?
I’m glad you’ve been enjoying the game! For task complexity, using the fiction as you have been is a great way to do it. To keep the rules light and flexible, the only mechanics-based method that’s included is the optional random table on page 8. Feel free to experiment and use whatever method works best for you!
I'm glad you're enjoying it! I've finally had some time recently to get back to working on the add-ons, so yes--still in development, just much slower than expected!
I love this game and I've been having a lot of fun with it! I did have a question: when rolling dice to see if I've succeeded or failed at a task, should I be taking the highest d6 or adding them all together and determining success or failure that way? Thank you!
Sorry it took me so long to respond! You take the highest d6 you rolled. So as long as one die in your pool shows 5 or 6, you succeed. Glad you're enjoying the game!

Hey! I've got a question about your games :) How can I best reach out to you?
I’m not actively developing Tower & Town at the moment, but the best way to get in touch would probably be on tumblr @asheepinthenight!
Oh, this looks great! I've been looking for a game like this for a while. I might write a review of this on my Tumblr after I give it a play or two!

Are the add-ons still in development? I just found this game and I love it.
